The following video was developed using ArcGIS 9.x Spatial Analyst extension and ArcGlobe. This scene illustrates the relational locations of the MMRC and MRAB Business Parks to each other and the rest of the world. Also shown is the close proximity of the parks to the I-64 interchange and newly built Morehead-Rowan County Clyde A. Thomas Regional Airport.

This video is a bird's-eye view of the MMRC and MRAB Business Parks. Note the parcel boundaries in white are for planning purposes only. The MMRC offers over 300 acres and MRAB has approximately 65 acres of developable land. Developed using ArcGIS 9.x Spatial Analyst extension and ArcGlobe.
Contained here is a 3-D model of the MMRC and MRAB. The intent of this video is to illustrate existing, industry ready infrastructure. Displayed utility lines include gas in yellow, water in blue and wastewater in green. The MMRC also has an electric utility sub-station and complete underground electric grid infrastructure. Also on site and displayed prominently is the 1 million gallon water tank. This video was developed using ArcGIS 9.x Spatial Analyst extension and ArcScene.
